A                                                     good information book is made up of realistic pictures with detail that relates to the subject that you are writing about. Another thing that makes a good information book is having clear, detailed, descriptive information, and the information has to be true and factual. In an information book you also need to list your sources of where you got all of your information and pictures otherwise it is copyright and illegal. Sometimes the author of the information book about them and the backstory to what they are writing about, they also sometimes like to write about their life and how they came up with the idea of the book that they wrote.

My favourite shortlisted book was The Happiness Box because it had lots of detail about what the characters are feeling and what the war was like for the people fighting, this book is really good because it shows lots of emotions and description, I really like reading about war, and was is one of my favourite things to read about so that was another reason why I liked the book, The Happiness Box. The Happiness Box has really great and detailed pictures, that make the book even better!
